The  Courses

The ESHA Academy offers school heads opportunities to learn about modern school leadership in an international context. This academy will offer, over the years to come, various high quality international courses for school leaders and management, to improve their leadership competences and network with other school leaders. The academy will also offer opportunities to job shadow colleagues in other countries, to see and be inspired by how they lead and manage their schools.

 The ESHA Academy offer various courses in a number of European countries. The programs will be based around strategic management, conflict management from a leadership perspective, characteristics of effective schools systems and principal leadership for school improvement.

In the first two years (2017-2018) the international courses for school leaders will be provided by the partners of the ESHA Academy: The Ontario Principals’ Council (OPC), the International School for Social and Business Studies (ISSL), Slovenia and InDialogue which specialises in leadership and organisational development.

Funding opportunities:

The ESHA Academy courses have been developed in line with funding opportunities offered by Erasmus+ programme. All applicants for that would like to attend the described courses can apply for grand through Erasmus+ /KA1 programme; InDialogue offers to help applicants with the application form. The deadline for applications applying for the Erasmus+ funds is  1st February 2018.

Interested school should be aware that even with the help form InDialogue, an application will take about 6 to 8 hours to complete.
